On the last Sunday of every month a 2hr training session is held at this fantastic facility. A fully equipped gym which includes two boxing ring, heavy bags, CV equipment, round timers, medicine balls and much more!

Whether you are training for tournaments and want to push yourself or would like to come down and just do some fitness and bag work. Open to all abilities, NO egos required!

Names are taken in advance for ring training. Put your name down on the sign up sheet in class.

Free car parking on site.

Just 3 mins walk from Mitcham Station Tram Stop direct from Wimbledon.

Bus routes 118, 280 and 210 just one minute walk away.

Car shares going from Wimbledon Academy if required. Open to all members.
