Kickboxing is a fast paced dynamic and fun sport. You will learn how to punch and kick effectively and how to transfer these skills into light continuous sparring. All sparring is done with full safety equipment in a controlled environment and is completely optional.

As well as self defense, fitness and confidence you will also improve balance, flexibilty, strength and core stability.

All students will have the opportunity to work towards their blackbelt with the personal guidance and support of their instructor.
