Profile - Marianne has been training for nearly 6 years now. As well as kickboxing she trains in boxing and weapons and has recently started assisting in the children’s classes.

Marianne trains hard along with her husband Mor who is also a member of BMAKA. She involves herself in all aspects of the club from the fundraising to the social side! Mariannes recent adventures include a charity parachute jump, volunteer at an animal rescue centre in Jamaica and Lara Croft at our super hero fun run.

Whilst not training Marianne is a supervisor and staff nurse at the RSPCA Animal Hospital in Putney.

Part of Marianne’s job is to re house cats that have been abandoned by their owners. Currently the centre is full and is desperately looking for new owners to avoid them being put to sleep. If you or someone you know can help please chat to Marianne.
